Villa N

Villa N rises above the Adriatic Sea with uninterrupted views of the sweeping coastal panorama. Designed by Zvonimir Franic, the house uses Vitrocsa TH+ sliding windows paired with invisible frame windows. This combination removes visible frame barriers between inside and outside, strengthening the sense of unity with the natural setting and maximising light. The minimal sliding system lets the glazed panels glide with precision, while the invisible frame option eliminates visual obstruction at the threshold and perimeter. The architectural expression is calm, elegant and uninterrupted.
