Victoria Residence

Victoria Residence is a contemporary home designed by Peter Christoff. The project features Vitrocsa TH+ sliding windows and a Vitrocsa TH+ motorised guillotine window system that shapes the architectural expression with transparency and height. The motorised guillotine comprises three elements at 7.3 m high, providing a tall, refined vertical opening that enhances daylight and views while keeping a minimal visible frame. The combination of sliding and vertical systems reflects Vitrocsa’s focus on precision engineering and seamless integration with the building’s design intent.
