Penthouse in the 20/30 Towers is a luxury urban residence located on the 17th floor of Tower 20 in Beirut. The project was designed by Raed Abillama Architects and showcases Vitrocsa TH+ minimalist window systems throughout towers 20 and 30 to frame panoramic city views and enhance interior flow.
The main façade uses a motorised Vitrocsa TH+ sliding glass door measuring 6 m high by 8 m wide with invisible 5-track rails. This system blends into the structure, reducing visible frame and creating a calm, uninterrupted connection between living spaces and the skyline. A Vitrocsa TH+ motorised guillotine window spanning 10 m high by 3 m wide adds vertical transparency.
Together these solutions unify interior and exterior spaces, maintaining minimal sightlines and reinforcing the project’s design focus on light, openness and architectural clarity.
