The Grand Park Hotel Rovinj project is characterised by its nine guillotine windows. Eight of them are located in the restaurant area, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding city and the Adriatic Sea. The ninth custom Vitrocsa window is located above the swimming pool, measuring 4.8 by 5.5 meters.
