Behind Every Vitrocsa System: Precision Serving the Invisible

When discovering a Vitrocsa system, attention is naturally drawn to the glass, the slim profiles and the smoothness of the movement.

Yet what truly makes the difference is almost invisible.

Behind every opening lie years of research, hundreds of hours of development and extreme precision at every stage of manufacturing.

The apparent simplicity of a Vitrocsa system is the result of remarkable technical complexity.

From extrusion to manufacturing

Everything begins long before installation on site.

At Vitrocsa, we extrude our own aluminium profiles, allowing us to control every stage of their design and production. This expertise ensures consistent quality and enables us to develop profiles that precisely meet the requirements of each of our systems.

Every window incorporates more than 1,000 components, working together with precision to deliver smooth, durable and reliable operation.

The precision of micromechanics

Within our new headquarters, a dedicated micromechanics workshop manufactures high-precision components.

Although virtually invisible once the system is installed, these elements play a fundamental role. They enable the smooth movement of very large glass panels while ensuring long-term reliability and durability.

Every detail matters, even when it disappears behind the glass.

Designing before manufacturing

Innovation is an integral part of our approach.

Our Research & Development department continuously designs, develops and refines the mechanisms that equip our systems. Every improvement pursues a single objective: enhancing performance while preserving the slim profiles and architectural freedom that define Vitrocsa.

Testing to ensure performance

Before being integrated into a project, every Vitrocsa system undergoes extensive testing.

Our test bench evaluates air permeability, watertightness and wind resistance (AEV). These tests ensure that every solution meets the highest technical standards before being specified for projects around the world.

More than thirty years of innovation

Since 1992, we have been developing minimalist glazing systems for the world’s most demanding architectural projects.

Today, Vitrocsa is present in more than 60 countries, holds 26 patents, and continues to push the boundaries of minimalist glazing.

Behind every system are thousands of hours of research, manufacturing and testing.

Because making a window almost invisible requires, paradoxically, exceptional precision.
